seared - press the OK knob. The preset probe temperature and cooking time are displayed.
a.
Press Temp to adjust the probe temperature with the OK knob.
b.
Press the OK knob.
c.
Press the Time button to adjust the operating time.
d.
Press the Time button a second time to adjust the switch off time. The switch off time is
the cooking time added to the current time. It can only be adjusted to a future time.
e.
Press the OK button to start the cooking program.
f.
On the display Insert temperature probe appears. Insert the temperature probe into the
food, and into the food probe socket in the oven.
