4.9 How do I record where I have been?

What is a track?

A track is an on-screen trail that represents the course you have taken. This trail is
made up of a series of track points which are created automatically. You can save the
track to create a permanent record of where you have been. All track functions
described in this section are accessed via the TRACKS soft key

How can I use tracks?

Tracks can be used to:
• Review where you have been.
• Retrace your original journey by converting the track to a route and automatically
reversing it.
You have the option to personalize your tracks by renaming them or changing their
color.
