Recommendations
Rinse and clean fresh broccoli and prepare

Rinse and clean fresh cauliflowers and
prepare florets. Add 150ml water into the
pure steam bowl. Put the cauliflowers on

bowl. Cover with lid. After cooking, stand
for 2-3 minutes.
Add 150ml water into the pure steam bowl.
Rinse the green, leafy vegetable. Put them
on the inset tray and place in the glass
streamer. Cover with lid. After cooking,
stand for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse and slice pumkin into 8 equal parts.

bowl. Cover with lid. After cooking, stand
for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the 150g chicken thigh into slices,
mix with corn starch, Add 400ml water
and chicken stock into pure steam bowl.
Put chicken slices and 100g of swollen
rice into pure steam bowl. Cover with
lid. After cooking, stir and stand for 2-3
minutes.
