2-3. Operating the lights and wipers
Rear fog lights (right-hand drive vehicles)
The rear fog lights are used to warn other drivers of the presence of your
vehicle when visibility is bad, such as in rain or fog.
Do not use the rear fog lights when visibility is good because they may dis-
turb drivers behind you.
Fog lights can be operated when
Front fog lights (if equipped)
The headlights or the front position lights are turned on.
Rear fog lights (right-hand drive vehicles)
The rear fog lights will remain on if the headlights are turned off and the
front position lights remain on. They will go off automatically when the
headlight switch is turned off.
The rear fog lights cannot be turned on when only the front position lights
are on.
After the headlight switch is turned off, the rear fog lights will not come on
even if you turn on the headlight switch again.
To turn on the rear fog lights again, press the switch under the conditions
stated above.
