Make sure the grill controls
are OFF, and the
grill parts are cool before
changing
modules.
Grill module
controls are as shown.
Using the griddle
NOTE: Make
sure the grill con-
trols are OFF and the grill is cool

to season the griddle.

Preheat on HI, then turn control to a
lower setting to cook.
4. Add food. Use only nylon or plas-
tic utensils.
Metal can scratch the
non-stick
coating.
5. Turn off the burners when cooking
is finished.
Leaving
them ON can
damage
the griddle.
