Start up / Stocking
Locate the merchandiser's refrigerant settings
and defrost requirements. Bring merchandisers
down to the operating temperatures listed on
the data sheet.
Product should NOT be placed in merchandisers
until merchandiser is at proper operating
temperature.
Proper rotation of product during stocking
is necessary to prevent product loss. Always
bring the oldest product to the front, and set
the newest product to the back.
