Change the gas orifice as shown on Page 8, Figure 3 by performing the fol-
lowing steps:
Step 1
a. Turn off gas and electrical power to the unit and system.
b. Remove the doors from the CORAYVAC
c. Remove the plug in the mixing chamber with a 7/16" open end wrench
d. Remove and discard the gas orifice using a 1/4" hex key.
e. Apply a small amount of pipe sealant to the threads of the replacement

NOTE: Insure that the gas orifice color matches the color chart below for the
CRV-B/E Model

Insert and tighten the replacement orifice.
Do not over-tighten the gas orifice.The torque value for the
gas orifice is 15in/lbs; contact your factory representative for
more details.
