Installing the SAS backplane
Ê The SAS backplane is basically installed in reverse order as described in the
section "Removing the SAS backplane" on

Make sure that the SAS backplane engages properly in its slot.
Ê Plug all cables into the SAS backplane.
Ê Push all the hard disk modules and fans back into their bays in the housing
until they engage.
Ê Push the tape drive (or its frame) back into the bay and reconnect the cables
to the tape drive.
Ê Install the bottom processor cover as follows:

Ê Slide the bottom processor cover with the plastic lugs (A) down into the
guide slots (B) of the housing [the plastic lugs (C) must be positioned in the
corresponding openings].
This completes the replacement of the SAS backplane.
