2 Title block
Shows the title of the current display.
The object name (board slot ID or drive ID) selected in the
object name block and its status may also be displayed.
3 Object name block
Shows board slot IDs or drive IDs.
<Operation>
Move the object cursor (↓) to the left or right with the 7
or 8 key to select the destination board or drive for
parameter setting or data indication.
4 Object status block
Shows the statuses of the boards or drives being displayed
in the object name block.

Logical Format Display
When you select "L Fmt" from the Function menu of the
"Service Menu display", the "Logical Format display"
appears.
Perform logical format of the file system on the single unit
or the master unit.

Exit : Restores the "Service Menu display".
Execute : Selects the "File System Select display".
Object names
Enclosure IDs and connection statuses.
The number of this unit is marked with asterisks (*).
An asterisk is displayed in place of a number for the unit
not being recognized.
Object statuses
Registration statuses.
. In "Single" or "Sin+Dup" configuration
Raw : Logical format not executed
Rdy : Logical format executed
Off : Not registered
. In "Master" or "Mas+Dup" configuration
Mas : Master unit (this unit)
Exp : Logically formatted expansion unit
Off : Logically unformatted expansion unit or no expan-
sion unit connected
File System Select Display
When you select "Execute" from the "Logical Format
display", the "File System Select display" appears.
Perform logical format of the file system with the MAV-70
or MAV-70XGI file format.
