fuse number 5 to disconnect it. See "Fuses" section.
Lift the wiper arms away from the windshield.
Increase tire pressure to maximum allowed, i.e. 36 psi.
Open one of the windows slightly for ventilation.
Ensure that the coolant contains sufficient anti-freeze to provide protection down to -22°F (-30°C).
Volvo anti-freeze also provides resistance against corrosion.
Remove all valuables and lock the car.
Check the battery voltage at least every 6 weeks.
