If you want to save the memo, click "Export". The Windows
"Save As" dialog box appears and contains:

Click "Save" to save the memo.
If you want to open an existing memo from the default
directory, click "Import" to display the Windows "Open"
dialog box. Select a file and click "Open".
After writing a memo (or not), click "Next" to move to the
next window.

Loading the sample prep plates

In this window (Page 6/16), the worktable graphic highlights
the required sample prep plates in yellow.
