Connecting/Disconnecting the Battery
Insert the battery, bottom-first into the mounting bracket
using clockwise motion
The cable connecting the positive terminal of the battery to the BBU circuit board is attached via the fused
(see above), keyed connector. Unplug the connector from the circuit board, before inserting or removing the
battery and then connect/disconnect the battery terminals. When work on inserting or removing the battery
is complete, reconnect the cable to
the circuit board replace the cover and then the fuse.
