The loss factor additional error De can be found using the impedance additional error Ze
[%] as shown in the following.
When Dx
When 0.1 < Dx
Dx is the measured value for D. However, this is not required when Ze is less than 10%.
NOTE
The additional error of D is not a percentage but an absolute value.
For Rs (ESR) Measurement
The additional error Rse [%] for Rs measurement can be found using the impedance
additional error Ze [%] as shown in the following.
