The following measurements can be taken by each electrode.
1. Measurement of the characteristics of Z

NOTE
The positions of the electrodes can be changed by moving the sliding mechanism while the
DUT remains placed in the device guide. At this point, raise the device holder before
moving the sliding mechanism.
Move the measurement stage to the target electrode, connect the DUT and take the
measurements.
