Intended Use

The STIHL BGA 57 blower is designed for blow-sweeping
leaves, grass, paper and similar matter.
Do not use the blower in the rain.
The STIHL AK battery supplies power to the blower.
The STIHL AL 101 charger recharges the STIHL AK battery.
WARNING
■ Batteries and chargers not explicitly approved for the
blower by STIHL may cause a fire or explosion. This can
result in serious or fatal injuries and damage to property.
► Use the blower with a STIHL AK battery.
► Recharge the STIHL AK battery with a
STIHL AL 101, AL 300 or AL 500 charger.
■ Using the blower, battery or the charger for purposes for
which they were not designed may result in serious or fatal
injuries and damage to property may occur.
► Use the blower, battery and charger as described in this
instruction manual.
