Flav-R-Savor Heated Air Curtain Cabinets consist of an easy

to clean stainless steel interior and exterior. Features include an
easy-to-use touchscreen controller, a Power I/O (on/off) switch,
removable crumb tray, metal sheathed heating elements, an
over-temperature warning light, and a 6' (1829 mm) power
cord with plug. The setpoint temperature of the Flav-R-Savor
Heated Air Curtain Cabinet is 175°F (79°C).
The FS2HAC-15 is capable of holding six cambro-style 2-1/2"
(64 mm) deep pans.
