Time.stamp.cannot.be.heard..
• Make.sure.you.are.using.the.correct.PIN.number.
• Make.sure.that.the.touch-tone.phone.you.are.using.can.transmit.the.tone.
for.at.least.two.seconds..If.it.cannot,.you.may.have.to.use.another.phone.
