Common Issues
If your phone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps first. If these steps do not solve

When you have this
problem...
The.charge.LED.won't.
illuminate.when.the.cordless.
handset.is.placed.in.the.
cradle.
The.audio.sounds.weak..
No.stations.can.make.or.
receive.calls..
A.single.cordless.handset.
can't.make.or.receive.calls.
(but.other.stations.can).

Checking.the.AC.adapter.connection.(see.page.7).

Re-seating.the.cordless.handset.in.the.cradle..

Cleaning.the.charging.contacts.on.the.handsets.(see.page.53)..

Moving.the.cordless.handset.closer.to.the.base.

Moving.the.handset.and/or.base.away.from.metal.objects.or.appliances.and.try.

Checking.the.telephone.cord.connection..If.CHECK.TEL.LINE.appears.on.the.
