Mounting
- Mount Transmitter with the back plate facing away from Receiver.
- Mount Receiver vertically i.e. antenna pointing up or down
− Mount Transmitter so that it is easily accessible for Teach-In* and
battery change
Information on temperature sensor & digital input
Temperature Sensor
Only the approved Temperature sensor (TP002K) may be used. A
non-approved
Temperature
sensor
will
result
in
incorrect
temperature readings.
Digital Input
Refer to installation guide of SmartEye Genus Interface for
configuration of Digital Input. If configured as defrost inhibit, connect
the Digital Input to NO contacts of a relay activated during the
defrost cycle. This will prevent over-temperature alarms during
defrost.
The Digital Input and Common Ground (refer to page 8) must be
wired to voltage-free relay contacts. Closed contacts activate the
input. If the input is left unterminated it will default to a clear state.
