CHECK VOLTAGE IMBALANCE
LINE-TO-LINE VOLTS:
(AB + AC + BC)/3 = AVERAGE VOLTAGE =
MAXIMUM DEVIATION FROM AVERAGE VOLTAGE =
VOLTAGE IMBALANCE = 100 X (MAX DEVIATION)/(AVERAGE VOLTAGE) =
IF OVER 2% VOLTAGE IMBALANCE, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START SYSTEM!
CALL LOCAL POWER COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE.
III. START-UP:
CHECK INDOOR (EVAPORATOR) FAN SPEED AND RECORD.
AFTER AT LEAST 15 MINUTES RUNNING TIME, RECORD THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS:
SUCTION PRESSURE
SUCTION LINE TEMP
DISCHARGE PRESSURE
DISCHARGE LINE TEMP
ENTERING WATER TEMP
LEAVING WATER TEMP
EVAP ENTERING-AIR DB (dry bulb) TEMP
EVAP ENTERING-AIR WB (wet bulb) TEMP
EVAP LEAVING-AIR DB TEMP
EVAP LEAVING-AIR WB TEMP
COMPRESSOR AMPS:
