What to do if the product is added under [Unspecified]
If the product is added under [Unspecified] in [Devices and Printers], it will not be recognized as a
product. Follow the procedure below to recognize it as a product.

Open [Devices and Printers], right-click the product added under [Unspecified], and select
[Properties].
