Using your Answering Machine

The phone can digitally record up to 12 minutes of messages. As well as
recording incoming messages, it can record memos for other users.
The answering machine can be operated from:
the base
the handset
remotely, from any other DTMF telephone, see page 35.

Switch the answering machine on / off

Via the base
1.
Press o on the base to turn the answering machine on or off.
When the answering machine is on, the LED will be on.

Listening to your messages

Using the base:
1.
If there are new messages, press l and only they will be played.
Press and hold l to play all messages.
2. If there are no new messages, press l all messages will be played.
During playback:
Press l to stop message playback.
Press p to play the next message.
Press p to play the previous message.
Press e to delete the current message.
Note
When in standby press and hold e for 2 seconds to delete all old messages.
Using the handset:
