Securing an HDMI Connector
Turn off all equipment and disconnect from the power source.
Mount the switcher (optional) on a rack shelf or furniture (see
DTP2 T 203
on page 64).
Connect HDMI or DP input sources to one or more of the DTP2 T 203 inputs. The
default (Extron) EDID is present at each input and Hot Plug Detect (HPD) is actively
controlled on each input.
NOTE: LockIt cable lacing brackets are provided to secure the HDMI cables to
the rear panel ports to reduce stress on the HDMI connectors and prevent signal
loss due to loose cable connections (see
page 15).
Connect an RJ-45 DTP or HDBT receiving device to the output connector (see
figure 2,

, on the next page). Set the DTP/HDBT switch (
