WFSV & Bypass Valve Removal - RUR Models.
➢ Prior to removing the Water
Flow and Bypass Servo valve
assembly, remove the
circulation return pipe and
the pump outlet pipe by
removing the retaining clips
then removing the pipes.
➢ After the circulation return
pipe has been removed,
remove the two screws that
attach the internal cold water
inlet fitting to the check valve
assembly.
One screw is seen here.
The second screw is underneath the
fitting (not shown).
➢ Remove the inlet fitting from
the water heater.
➢ Next remove the pipes from
the bypass valve outlet. These
pipes are removed as noted
in a previous slide.
