Problem
Nothing appears on the
operation panel display.
The panel display switches
to the grease-up warning
screen when the power
switch is turned on.
The illumination becomes
momentarily darker or
flickers.
Possible cause
• Is the power supply connector disconnected from the
control box?
Insert the connector securely.
• Is the 8-pin operation panel connector inside the
control box disconnected?
Insert the connectors securely.
• This display is to notify you that it is time to apply
grease.

Apply grease.
• The illumination may become momentarily darker or
flicker when the sewing machine starts or stops,
depending on the power supply in the environment
where the sewing machine is being used. This is not
a sign of a malfunction.
