STEP 1 :
Install the Front bottom tube (2) and Back bottom tube (3) to the Main frame (1) with Carriage bolts (61), Arc
washers (46), and Acorn nuts (47).
STEP 2:
A: Remove Washer (10),D shape washer (56), Spring washer (52) and Bolts (57) from the Handle bar shaft (12)
on one side, mount one Coupler bar (4Ror4L) to the Main section, then attach the other side Coupler bar
(4Ror4L), and reinstall the D shape washer (56), Spring washer (52) and Bolts (57) as shown.
B: Fit the Pedal tube (6) to the Crank (27), secure with the Pedal hinge bolts (41R/L), Spring washers (51) and
Nylon nuts (48). And cover with caps (59),(60).
Note: Both Pedals hinge bolts are labeled L FOR LEFT and R FOR RIGHT. To tighten turn the left bolt
COUNTERCLOCKWISE and the right bolt CLOCKWISE. Move the Crank to a proper angle for easily
tightening the Bolts.
