INPUT 3 (I3) - SPACE/RETURN AIR TEMPERATURE
WIRING
Input 3 must be wired to the Return Air Temperature if a JCI thermostat
(Intelligent or TSO STAT) is used. If a JCI sensor (Room or Room Override
Sensor) is used, Input 3 must be wired to Space Temperature. Wiring for I3 is
shown in Figure 10. To wire I3 to a thermistor:
1. Select the correct jumper setting for a thermistor on J7.
2. Connect one lead of the thermistor to input terminal I3 on terminal
block J2.
3. Connect the other lead to one of the GND terminals.
NOTE: Only a 10K Type II (CP Curve) thermistor may be used.
