ERROR CODE DISPLAY AND SOLUTIONS

The display may show some error codes when counting, which means there are some problems with the
machine. Refer to the chart below to solve the errors.
Error Code Reason
NL CHECK
The left counting sensor is dirty or broken
FAIL
NR CHECK
The right counting sensor is dirty or broken
FAIL
UV CHECK
UV Sensor Error
FAIL
HOPPER
Hopper sensor is dirty or broken
CHECK FAIL
STACKER
Banknote receiving sensor is dirty or broken
CHECK FAIL
Suspect note is flagged due to half note error
ERROR HALF
(suspicious bill size)
ERROR Suspect note is flagged due to double note error (two or
DOUBLE more banknotes passed together)
ERROR EC Suspect note is flagged due to jointed notes error
ERROR JAM Jammed note.
ERROR UV Suspect note is flagged due to UV error
ERROR MG Suspect note is flagged due to MG error
ERROR DD Suspect note is flagged due to Dimensional note error
