ERROR CODE DISPLAY AND SOLUTIONS

The display may show some error codes when counting, which means there are some problems with the
machine. Refer to the chart below to solve the errors.
Error Code Reason
NL CHECK
Problem with the left sensor (possibly dirty or broken)
FAIL
NR CHECK
Problem with the right sensor (possibly dirty or broken)
FAIL
UV CHECK
Rejected for suspicious UV
FAIL
HOPPER Problem with Banknote feeding Sensor (possibly dirty or
CHECK FAIL broken)
STACKER Problem with the banknote receiving sensor (possibly dirty
CHECK FAIL or broken)
Suspect note is flagged due to half note error (suspicious
ERROR HALF
bill size)
ERROR Suspect note is flagged due to double note error (two or
DOUBLE more banknotes passed together)
ERROR EC Suspect note is flagged due to jointed notes error
ERROR JAM Jammed note.
ERROR UV Suspect note is flagged due to UV error
ERROR MG Suspect note is flagged due to MG error
Suspect note is flagged due to Dimensional note error (size
