Monitor/Mwait
Select Enabled to enable the Monitor/Mwait instructions. The Monitor instructions monitor a
region of memory for writes, while MWait instructions instruct the CPU to stop until the moni-
tored region begins to write. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
C-States
C-State architecture, a processor power management platform developed by Intel, can further
reduce power consumption from the basic C1 (Halt State) state that blocks clock cycles to
the CPU. Select Enabled for CPU C-State support. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Enhanced C-States
Use this feature to enable C1E, which is a power saving feature for the CPU. C1E drops
the frequency and voltage of the CPU to reduce power usage when the system is idle. The
options are Disabled and Enabled.
C-State Auto Demotion
Use this feature to prevent unnecessary excursions into C-States to improve latency. The
options are Disabled, C1, C3, and C1 and C3.
C-State Un-Demotion
This feature allows the user to enable or disable the un-demotion of C-States. The options
are Disabled, C1, C3, and C1 and C3
Package C-State Demotion
Use this feature to enable or disable the Package C-State demotion. The options are
Disabled and Enabled.
Package C-State Un-Demotion
Use this feature to enable or disable the Package C-State un-demotion. The options are
Disabled and Enabled.
C-State Pre-Wake
This feature allows the user to enable or disable the C-State Pre-Wake. The options are

Package C-State Limit
Use this feature to set the Package C-State limit. The options are C0/C1, C2, C3, C6, C7,
C7S, C8, C9, C10, CPU Default, and Auto.
ACPI T-States
Use this feature to enable ACPI (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface) T-States,
