Converter?
First, download DirectX 9.0 (or later) onto your computer. Next, open the Video file on you computer that
you had a problem converting and try playing it, if the Video does not play, then this means that the Video
Codec you are trying to convert has a compatibility issue with your PC and cannot be converted using the
Transcend Multimedia Converter.
Cannot view a Photo file on my MP840?
The MP840 only supports ".JPG , " ".BMP" Photo files, please ensure that the photo is one of these files
types.
Cannot read an E-book file on my MP840?
The MP840 only supports ".TXT" E-book files, please ensure that the E-book is this file type.
