File Navigation

Press and Hold the "Menu Switch" inwards (MENU)
or E-book Mode to enter the File Navigator for that mode.

Make an Audio Recording

Press and Hold the "A-B Repeat / Rec" button
the RADIO Mode will activate the MP840's built-in microphone and begin recording.
