Depending on the device version, the following communication interfaces are available:
● Ethernet
● RS485
● M-BUS
4.4.1
Ethernet communication cable
This interface is available as an option.
Always use a shielded cable for the Ethernet data cable.
1. Plug the RJ45 cable connector into the RJ45 device socket until the connector engages in
the socket.
2. Provide sufficient mechanical strain relief for the Ethernet cable.
3. Ground the shield of the cable (see chapter Grounding of the Ethernet/RS485 cable
(Page 50)).
