Note on condensate drain

Condensate will form in the flue system. The return
of this condensate must be prevented on site. Take
appropriate measures, e.g. install a condensate trap.

Seal the condensate drain connectors (KOA) if they
are not used. They are designed for draining any
condensate collected during the start-up phase.

Preparing the burner connection
If the additionally supplied burner plate was not pre-
drilled at the factory, drill the burner fixing holes into
the burner plate and cut out the aperture for the flame
head.
Fitting the burner plate (if delivered separately)
Danger
Leaks can result in poisoning through escaping
gas.
Check unused boiler apertures and gas lines for
tightness. Reseal if required.

Secure the sight glass to the connector without seal-
ant.
The use of the slide control must not skew the sight
glass.

Please note
Hot surfaces can lead to burns.
Only open the slider in the sight glass for brief
inspection of the flame.
Observe occupational safety. Wear protective
clothing where necessary.
For correct burner operation, safeguard the required
flame head length.
