Note on condensate drain

Prevent the return of condensate from the flue sys-
tem into the boiler by means of suitable on-site
measures (condensate trap).

Seal off the condensate drain connectors KOA (see
Fig. 7, position
) if they are not used. They are
C
designed for draining any condensate collected dur-
ing the start-up phase.

Preparing the burner connection
If the additionally supplied burner plate was not pre-
drilled at the factory, drill the burner fixing holes into
the burner plate and cut out the aperture for the flame
head.

Secure the sight glass to the connector without seal-
ant.
The use of the slide control must not skew the sight
glass.

Please note
Hot surfaces can lead to burns.
Only open the slider in the sight glass for brief
inspection of the flame.
Observe occupational safety. Wear protective
clothing where necessary.
For correct burner operation, safeguard the required
flame head length.
