Introduction to the Computer Telephony Adapter 100/200 The Norstar Computer Telephony Adapter (CTA) is a peripheral device which connects a Windows compatible personal computer (PC) or server to the Norstar KSU. It allows you to use computer telephony applications such as Norstar Personal Call Manager.
