This item is used to enable/disable the onboard LAN controller.
Azalia HD Audio
This setting is used to enable/disable the onboard audio controller.
High Precision Timer
The HPET (High Precision Event Timers) is a component that is part of the chipset.
You can to enable it, and will provide you with the means to get to it via the
various ACPI methods.
USB Device
This setting is used to enable/disable the USB support.
SATA/IDE Configuration
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu.
SATA Port 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
These items show the SATA device type.(read only).
SATA #1 Mode
This setting specifies the mode for SATA controller 1. W hen it sets to [Disable],
the system will disable the SATA port 1and 2.
SATA #1 Programming Interface
W hen the SATA #1 Mode sets to [IDE], the field is available.This item allows you
to configurare IDE device mode.
[Compatible] If Compatible selected, Legacy IDE Channels will be presented
for configuration.
[Enhanced] If Enhanced selected,"Configure SATA as" will be presented for
setup.
SATA #2 Mode
This setting specifies the mode for SATA controller 2. W hen it sets to [Disable],
the system will disable the SATA port 3 and 4.
Serial-ATA Port 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
This item is used to enable/disable specific Serial-ATA port.
JMicron Controller Mode
This item is used to simulate the IDE mode for JMicron ATA Controller. Then you do
not need to install drivers when you are installing the operating system.
