Failure to follow these warnings and the
assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Setting Up the Product:
•This product requires adult assembly.
•The product, including sidewalls, must be fully erected by securing
the two side latches prior to use. Make sure latches are secure.
•Always follow the instructions in the owner's manual to set up the
product.
•Inspect the area where the product will be placed for sharp objects
or irregular surfaces.• Before each use, inspect this product for
damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, sharp edges or
torn fabric. DO NOT use product if any parts are missing or broken.

When using this product as a PLAYARD with the DOOR
ZIPPED and BUCKLED:
•The playard is for playing or sleeping. When used for playing,
never leave child unattended and always keep child in view. When
used for sleeping, you must still provide the supervision necessary
for the continued safety of your child.
•When child is able to pull to standing position, remove large toys
and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
•Discontinue using this product as a PLAYARD when your child
reaches 35 inches (89 cm) in height OR is able to climb out. You
may continue to use this product as a PLAY AREA with the DOOR
UNZIPPED.
When Using as a PLAYARD with the DOOR ZIPPED and
BUCKLED or as a PLAY AREA with the DOOR
UNZIPPED:
•Never leave child unattended.AVOID SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
•Unlike cribs that have rigid sides, this product has flexible sides. As
a result, this product has padding sewn into the bottom and is
designed to prevent suffocation. The padding is less than one inch
thick in order to meet safety standards. Adding a mattress/pad may
allow a child's head to get between the mattress/pad and the side
of the product causing suffocation. Padding is provided in the floor.
