Make sure all the required adjustments
are completed and the results of the
adjustments are within the specified
tolerances.
Make sure you have performed
lubrication and adhesion correctly.
Visually inspect the inside of the printer. Check the wires for proper wiring.
Check the DIP switch settings.
Visually inspect the outside of the
printer.

Make sure no wires are caught.
Make sure all screws are properly
tightened, but not tightened too much.
Check the cables for cuts or bends and
make sure they are connected
correctly and securely.
Make sure the AC inlet is properly
connected and not slanted.
Determine if cleaning is necessary.
See Chapter 1, General Description.
Make sure there are no scratches,
stains, gouges, or deformations on the
printer.
