1. Install the Mounting Plate

IMPORTANT! For toilets where the seat mounting holes are not
accessible from the underside of the bowl, use kit 1362736 and refer
to the "Install the Mounting Plate (Kit 1362736)" section.
Route the cord through the mounting hole on the toilet.
Position the mounting plate over the mounting holes.
Position the washers in the mounting plate with the "+" oriented
toward the toilet tank.
Insert the bolts through the mounting plate and into the
mounting holes.
