    Route the cord through the mounting hole on the toilet. Position the mounting plate over the mounting holes.   • Page 4 2. Secure the Mounting Plate Attach the slotted nut onto the cord and slide up on the bolt. Slide the other nut up on the other bolt. Using the provided combination tool, tighten the bolts while holding the nuts in place. 1347697-2-A Kohler Co.
