Hotplates with coil-type heating elements must be operated with drip
pan and element support properly installed.
Disconnect the hotplate from electrical power before performing any

DO NOT submerge hotplate in water. DO NOT splash or pour water
over, onto or into controls, control panel or wiring.

schematics, parts breakdown illustrations and/or adjustment
