Applying Policies - Avaya WLAN 8100 Series Quick Start Manual

1. Log into WMS.
2. Select Mobility Domains, <Domain Name>, Policy, Local Security DB from the
3. Select RADIUS Profiles from the menu.
4. Click Add.
5. Using the fields provided, enter the profile information.
6. Click Add.
7. Select the new profile.
8. Click Add in the RADIUS Profile Server(s) section of the screen.
9. Using the fields provided, enter the RADIUS Server information.
10. Click Add.
11. Select RADIUS Settings from the menu.
12. Click Edit.
13. Verify the global RADIUS settings.
14. Click Update.
15. Create a new network profile for the WPA or dynamic WEP clients.
16. Click Add.
17. Create an association between the network profile and the appropriate AP profile.
18. Click Update.
19. Apply the new policy configuration to the controller.

Applying policies

The following procedure is used to apply policies to an MDC.
1. Log into WMS.
2. Right click the Policy menu item.
3. Select Apply Policies.
4. Click Yes at the prompt.
