What to do
When the unit is heating for DHW, the heating
side does not work.
there is a standby time between switching
form DHW and heating (3 min).
When the unit is in "pre-heating" mode the
heating side is placed into stand by.

Self-diagnostic / Action
1. Clean the inlet water strainer (part#25).
2. Check the heat exchanger; remove
and clean with a cleaning solution.
1. Turn off the system.
2. Turn the unit back on.

2. Check that the power is "ON".
3. Check the igniter for spark (part#18).
