Introduction
Symbol
This error occurs because sensor S10 did not detect paper.
Mostly something blocks the paper path, the curl is too high, or the package is to thick.
Act on following steps to clear the jam
• Remove all packages from the machine.
• Load a new paper roll in the printer to prevent high paper curl.
• Restart the machine from the user interface, see
