    About the folding device About the folding device The Océ Folder Express 3011 is an automatic online folding device which can be connected to a variety of printers. • Prints which should be folded may be up to 914 mm (36") wide with a length of up to 6 meters.

    Installation and environment Installation and environment Installation The folder should be installed by a specially trained engineer. Environment The room in which the folder is to be placed should be dry and dust free. Humidity should be about 20-80% with room temperature of 15° C to 35° C (59°F - 95°F). The folder must stand horizontally aligned and very stable without shaking.

    Maximum paper curl Maximum paper curl Strong paper curl has an influence on quality and reliability of the system. Quality issues and jams can occur by a curl bigger than 30 mm. To measure the paper curl, cut a 200 mm long piece from the copy and lay it face down on a table.

    Graphical User Interface via Android device Graphical User Interface via Android device Introduction The folding device is equipped with a 7" Android Tablet PC, which is connected to the folder via Bluetooth. This device has no battery and gets power from an internal USB port. The tablet and the Folder App are starting as soon as the folder has been switched on.
