Probable Cause
❍ The iPod
TM could have beeno updated
with software that is not compatible
with Windows Mobile™ (as
Blue&Me™ Nav Nav is a system
developed in partnership with Microsoft
only systems that support Windows
Mobile™ are compatible)
❍ The iPod
has not been enabled for
TM
use as a disc
❍ It has been enabled for use as a disc
but there are tracks inside in AAC/Mp4
format (these formats are not support-
ed by Blue&Me™ Nav)
❍ There are tracks on the iPod
chased from the iTunes site (the system
does not support protected tracks such
as those in DRM format that can be
purchased from the iTunes store site)
❍ It is a "Touch" version.
Possible Solution
❍ Use an alternative USB memory stick or
reset the iPod
❍ Enable usage as a disc (this function
cannot be selected with iPod
and iPhones)
❍ Modify the track format to one that is
compatible with Blue&Me™ Nav
