About Call Centre Agent Phone screen

Your Phone screen displays the information about your phone, agent settings, and the information
about incoming calls.
The screen color and the display of icons depend on the phone model. The display of Avaya J169
IP Phone is grayscale, while Avaya J179 IP Phone is a color display phone.

Description
Displays date and time and set information.
Displays agent information, such as work mode and state, and collected
digits.
Displays the configured features. To access the configured Call Center
features, use the navigation cluster.
Displays the soft keys of the available features. Press a soft key to perform
the relevant task. Display of soft key on this line is based on the available
active features and the call status.
