Fitting the fan
Note
If the burner frame has been detached from the boiler
door, ensure that the gasket between the burner frame
and the boiler door is seated correctly. Replace the
gasket if damaged.

Closing the boiler door

1. Close the boiler door. Tighten the screws in the
boiler door evenly and diagonally.
Torque: 40 Nm.
2. Secure fitting to the gas supply pipe.

Torque: 40 Nm.
Danger
Escaping gas leads to a risk of explosion.
Check the fitting and the gasket between the
fan housing and the burner frame for gas
tightness.
Ensure that the boiler door gasket is seated
correctly.

3. Reinsert all plugs that had been unplugged.

Please note
Never allow cables/leads to come into con-
tact with hot components.
Secure all cables/leads with cable ties if nec-
essary.
