    Folding Standard Size Sheets Folding Standard Size Sheets This section explains how to fold standard size sheets (A4, A3, B5 and B4). Delivery Tray Attach the support table. Support Table Open the delivery tray. - This tray receives the folded sheets. 23056 20101A1 Attach the delivery roller.
  • Page 10 Folding Standard Size Sheets Fan or separate the sheets. - If the ink on the sheets is wet, allow them to dry before folding. Wet ink can stain the fold rollers or rub off onto the other sheets. Wet ink can also cause the paper feed problems.

    Folding Custom Size Sheets This section shows the setup procedure for folding custom size sheets.. Fold the sheet to the desired fold pattern. 23056 30101A1 Measure the length of each folded part. - Use these lengths to set the positions of the 1st stopper and 2nd stopper.

    Cross Fold/12-Page Letter Fold This section shows how to do cross folds and 12-page letter folds with A3 size sheets. Cross Fold - It may be difficult to make accurate 2nd folds on sheets which are wider than 210 mm (8.5"). - This machine will do cross folds or 12-page letter folds on sheets of up to 64 gsm (18# bond or 43# book).
